SHIPPING AND TAX INFORMATION - Shipping and where applicable taxes will be added to all orders ( minimum shipping $ 9.45 ). Actual shipping costs charged will be based upon total cart value. Most orders ship within 48 hours of placement of the order and arrive at your location in 2-6 business days. You can request Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air and billed according to rates in effect, order must be in by 11:00 a.m CDT. COMMERCIAL ONE PEICE POLES are shipped by special trucks due to the length of the flapoles form our warehouse locations in WI, FL, MD, and TX. Shipping Costs vary based upon size of flagpole, quantites, and location. Our online checkout system is not able to calculate the truck shipping costs. You will be contacted after you place the order with EXACT COSTS TO YOUR LOCATION. YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHOUT CHARGE AT THAT POINT IF THE COSTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE or Please call us or email for freight quote on flagpoles delivered by truck.


RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return some stock items within 5 working days, that have not been used for a prompt refund or exchange. There is a 15% restocking fee, plus additional charges for the original shipping costs that were discounted at time of shipment. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Custom orders are not returnable for refund or exchange. We do not warrant any outdoor flags.
